If your return gets rejected by the IRS for any reason, Tax990 will email you exactly why the rejection occurred and help you resolve those issues.
Here is how you correct and retransmit the rejected return:
- Log into your Tax990 Account.
- On the dashboard, click the 'Rejected by the IRS' button found against the rejected return to identify the errors.
- Click the 'Fix Error' button found against each error to correct the same.
- Review the form once and retransmit the form.
If the system does not show any errors, you can call the IRS appointment line at (866-255-0654) to know the reason for the rejection.
Once you have addressed all Form 990 errors, you can retransmit your return for free. In addition, our software allows you to file as many times as it takes to get accepted at no additional cost.
