A "Final Return" is used when your organization is ceasing its operations, and this is the last return you will file. An "Initial Return" is filed when your organization is newly established, and it's the first return being submitted.

Action Required:

  • Check whether the tax period end date is correct s per the IRS determination letter.
  • Check whether the organization fall under any other conditions such as change in accounting period, initial return, or final return.
  • If any check the applicable check box in the return.
