How to fix the audit errors in my Form 8038-CP?

Follow the explanations shared below for each error code that notifies you to fix while filing Form 8038-CP.

Error Code	Error Message
F8038CP-001	If Form 8038-CP Check if Amended Return checkbox is checked, then Part III Line 23 must be checked Yes.
F8038CP-002	If the Form 8038-CP Check if Amended Return checkbox is checked, the Amended return changes statement must be completed.
F8038CP-006	Form 8038-CP must not be filed 120 days prior to the Interest payment date (Part III Line 18) in the return.
F8038CP-007	If Form 8038-CP Part III Line 19b has a value more than zero, then any of the Part III Lines 20c -20f must have a value
F8038CP-008	If Form 8038-CP Part III Line 19b and 19c has a value more than zero, then Part III Line 20a or 20b must not have a value
F8038CP-018	If Form 8038-CP Part III Line 23a Checkbox "Yes" is checked, then a Binary attachment named Debt Service Schedule must be provided in the return.
F8038CP-027	Form 8038-CP Part I must be completed if the checkbox is not checked in Part I of the 8038-CP return.
F8038CP-193	Form 8038-CP, Direct Deposit Line 26c (Account number) cannot be all zeros.
CUSTOM-01	Form 8038-CP Part II Line 21a or 21b must be completed.
CUSTOM-02	Form 8038-CP Part II Line 10 - Report Number must have a value.
CUSTOM-03	Form 8038-CP Part II Line 12 - Date of issue must have a value
CUSTOM-04	Form 8038-CP Part II Line 13 - Name of issue must have a value
CUSTOM-05	Form 8038-CP Part II Line 14 - CUSIP number must have a value or must have 9 digits
CUSTOM-06	Form 8038-CP Part II Line 17a - Type of bond must have a value
CUSTOM-07	Form 8038-CP Part II Line 17b - Issue price must have value
CUSTOM-08	Form 8038-CP Part II Line 17c - Code number for type of bonds must have a value
CUSTOM-09	Form 8038-CP - Signature and Consent details must be completed.
CUSTOM-10	Form 8038-CP Direct Deposit Line 26 must be completed
CUSTOM-11	Form 8038-CP Part III Line 18 must be completed
CUSTOM-12	Form 8038-CP Part III Line 21c statement must be completed if you have provided values in any of the Lines 21a or 21b
CUSTOM-13	Report Number should not be same for more than one return.
CUSTOM-14	Form 8038-CP Direct Deposit details - Routing Number must be started in 01 through 12 or 21 through 32 and must be 9 digit number.
