When is the deadline to file form 990-N?

The deadline to file Form 990-N is the 15th day of the 5th month after the end of the organization’s accounting period. 

For organizations that follow the calendar tax year, the deadline to file Form 990-N is May 15. If the due date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a legal holiday, you can file the form on the next business day.
