Applicable To
990-PF 990-N 990-EZ 990 8868 1120-POL

If your organization has undergone a liquidation, dissolution, termination, or substantial contraction, then it is your responsibility to notify this to the IRS; either by filing a final 990 return or through the notice.

Upon information of your organization's termination status, the IRS will close your organization's account in the list of IRS records.
