Team Management is an exclusive feature from Tax990 that allows you to add your team members to your account, assign them specific roles, and delegate filing responsibilities.
Role System
We offer three different types of role systems, and you can choose the one that best fits your workflow.

No-Role: Every team member will have full access to your filings, enabling them to prepare, edit, approve, pay, and transmit the forms on your behalf.
 - 
	
Two-Role: You can assign two different roles to the team members.
- 
		
Preparer: The team member can prepare and edit the forms.
 - 
		
Approver: The team member can review, approve, and transmit the forms.
 
 - 
		
 
Assign Organization
You can assign specific organizations to your team members, ensuring smooth and accurate handling of filings.
