Role System

We offer three different types of role systems, and you can choose the one that best fits your workflow.

• No-Role: Every team member will have full access to your filings, enabling them to prepare, edit, approve, pay, and transmit the forms on your behalf.

• Two-Role: You can assign two different roles to the team members.

  • Preparer: The team member can prepare and edit the forms.

  • Approver: The team member can review, approve, and transmit the forms.

Assign Organization

You can assign specific organizations to your team members, ensuring smooth and accurate handling of filings.
