How can I invite the staff to my Tax990 account?

Tax990’s staff management system allows you to invite your team members and have them assist you in the filing process. 

Follow the below steps to invite the staff to your Tax990 account. 

Step 1:  Log in to the Tax990 account. Navigate to the ‘My Account’ menu and click ‘Manage Staff’.

Step 2: Click on the ‘Add Staff’ button to start adding the staff members.

Step 3: Enter all the required information of the staff member and click on the ‘+Add’ button. While adding the staff member, you can choose to assign them specific roles. For more information on role settings, click here. 

To add more, click on ‘Add Another’ and proceed. 

Step 4: Once added, your staff will receive an email with a link to access your filings in Tax990.


The staff member can click on the ‘Access My Account’ button and proceed to manage your filings.
