What are the roles I can assign to my team?

Tax990 allows you to control the level of access that your team members can have to your filings. There are two types of role systems. You can choose the preferred system in role settings. 

No Role: 

• In this role system, all your team members will be able to prepare, edit, approve, pay, and transmit the forms.
• This method is recommended if you have a small number of team members and prefer to provide all of them with the same levels of access.

Two - Roles: 

• In this role system, you can assign a predefined role for each of your team members. There are two roles available:

1. Preparer - The team member can only prepare and edit forms.

2. Preparer and Approver - The team member can prepare, edit, approve, pay, and transmit forms.

• This system is recommended if you have a large number of team members and prefer to have separate teams for the preparation and transmission of forms.
