What is Manage Reviewers?

The Manage Reviewers feature allows you to invite others to review and approve your forms securely through an online portal. This is useful for collaborating with colleagues, supervisors, or other authorized individuals before final submission.

How It Works

1. Send Invite
   Enter the email addresses of the individuals you want to invite to review the form. Invitees will receive an email containing a secure link that provides access to the review portal. 2. Access Portal
   Reviewers click the link in the invitation email to securely log in to the portal. They can view the form and all supporting documentation without requiring direct access to your account, maintaining security and confidentiality.

3. Review and Add Comments
   Reviewers can thoroughly examine the form and provide feedback, including comments, suggestions, or questions. All comments are visible to the form owner, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.

4. Approve
   Once the reviewer has completed their review and is satisfied with the form, they can approve it directly within the portal. Approved forms are then ready for submission or any subsequent processing steps, ensuring a streamlined and accountable workflow.
