When can I share the form for review and approval with organization members?

You can share your return for review once you've completed your form. Once you get the approval, transmit the form to the IRS.

You can also share the transmitted form for review. However, if any changes need to be made, you must file an amended return. Be sure to share your return with reviewers/approvers before you transmit it to the IRS to avoid filing an amended return.
