Will I be given an extension of time to file CA Form 199?

Yes, the organization will be granted an automatic extension of 6 months if it can't file Form 199 by the due date. However, an organization not in good standing or suspended on the return's original due date will not be given an extension of time to file CA Form 199.
Note - The automatic extension of time is only for filing the 199 return and not for any payment dues.
