Yes, the Tax990 Commitment applies to all supported 990 forms (990, 990-EZ, 990-N, 990-PF, etc.) filed through Tax990. 

However, the available features may vary depending on the form. For example, Form 990-N (e-Postcard) does not require amendments or extensions. Therefore, the complementary extension requests and no-cost amendments do not apply to this form.
