Can I file Schedule N using the interview-based filing method?

Yes, Tax990 supports both form-based and interview-based filing methods for completing Schedule N. 

Based on the information you provide on your return, we will enable Schedule N and prompt you to provide the correct information.

Schedule N will be enabled if the following criteria are met: 

• If the organization has undergone liquidation, termination, or dissolution and ceased operations. 
   
• If the organization has undergone a liquidation, dissolution, termination, or significant disposition of net assets during the tax year.
   
• If the organization sell, exchange, dispose of or transfer more than 25% of its net assets.
