Who can view the comments I posted during the review process?

The comments you post during the review process can be viewed by the Tax990 client who invited you to review the return and any users with whom the return has been shared.
 
As a reviewer/approver, you can track invited users’ activities such as return status, comments posted, access settings, and review progress.
