Is it possible to disable multi-factor authentication in my Tax990 account?

Yes, you have the option to disable the multi-factor authentication code for your Tax990 account.  

Step 1: Click the Profile icon from the Dashboard and select ‘Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)’.

 

Step 2: Click ‘Disable MFA’. A pop-up window will appear, asking you to enter your password. Then, click ‘Continue’.
