What should I do if I'm not required to attach a Schedule B with my Form 990-EZ?

If your organization doesn't meet the requirements of Schedule B, then it is necessary to check the box in Item H to certify that the following organization isn't required to attach Schedule B.
 
Please note that either the box in item H needs to be checked or Schedule B should have been attached. If not, the IRS considers your Form 990-EZ to be incomplete.
