Are there any requirements to report information of my organization, which is a school on Schedule E?

Yes, your organization needs to satisfy some requirements before filing information using Form 990 Schedule E along with Form 990.
 
In general, an organization treated as a private school must be recognized with tax-exempt status and must have racially nondiscriminatory policies toward their students.
