If your role has been assigned as a preparer, you can only prepare & edit the forms for the organization(s) assigned to you. Once completed the form, you should notify the admin/approver that you’ve prepared the form. Here is how:
Step 1: Upon completion of the form with no errors, click on the ‘Notify’ button to inform the admin.
Step 2: You will get a popup to send an email where you can customize the message if required. Click ‘Send Email’ to notify the admin/approver via email.
Eventually, your admin will be notified that you’ve prepared the form.
