IRS Error Code - F990EZ-117-01

If you have checked 'Yes' in Line 44 a, Part V on Form 990-EZ, you must complete Form 990 instead of Form 990 EZ.

What does it mean:
The organization that maintained any donor-advised funds during the tax year must file Form 990-EZ instead of Form 990. Otherwise, the IRS will reject the return.

Resolution:
Complete Form 990 instead of 990-EZ and transmit it to the IRS.
