[E-file Error Code F990EZ-127-01] How do I resolve it?

IRS Error Code: F990EZ-127-01

If your organization has total assets greater than or equal to $500,000 at the end of the year, you must file Form 990 instead of Form 990-EZ.

What does it mean:

The organization that reported Total Assets greater than or equal to $500,000 at the End of the Year in the balance sheet must have filed Form 990-EZ instead of Form 990. In this case, the IRS would have rejected the return.

Resolution:

Complete Form 990 instead of Form 990-EZ and transmit it to the IRS.

We'll update you on the status of the return once we hear back from the IRS.

For any further assistance, we recommend contacting the IRS e-Help Desk Toll-Free Number 1-866-255-0654.
