My reviewer did not receive my invitation. What should I do now?

You can resend the invite if the reviewer or approver has not acted on the form. The reviewer can also use the previous email notification to sign in to the portal.

To resend the invite email, follow the steps below:

  • Sign in to your Tax990 account.
  • From the dashboard, click the "My Account" button.
  • Click on the "Manage Reviewers and Approvers" section of the settings listed.

  • Select the Organization Name, and the completed payment forms will be displayed here.
  • Select the icon “Click to re-invite the user” under the action column.
