When should I attach a copy of my determination letter while filing Form 990-PF?

You must attach a copy of your determination letter along with Form 990-PF for the first year your organization receives a ruling or determination letter from the IRS establishing exempt operating foundation status. You can enter the date of ruling or determination present in the letter for the following years; it is not mandatory to attach the determination letter every year.
