Not all organizations that file IRS Form 990-EZ are required to file and attach Schedule A.
Here is a list of organizations that must include a Schedule A along with Form 990-EZ:
- Section 501(c)(3) organizations.
- Public Charities.
- Organizations that comes under sections 501(e), 501(f), 501(j), 501(k), or 501(n).
- Section 4947(a)(1) non-exempt charitable trusts that are not treated as Private Foundations.
